IHME Survey results and MOH measurement results. Comparison between IHME’s Health Facility Survey results and the three measurements by the Ministry of Health for indicators on availability of equipment and supplies. All surveys by IHME were collected from a sample of health facilities. The two first measurements by the MOH were a census of health facilities in SMI target areas, and the third measurement was collected on a sample of 30 facilities.
